My boyfriend and I recently purchased a new Chevy Silverado from this dealership. We had a fantastic experience. The dealership itself was friendly and welcoming, no pressure, and overall a great family like atmosphere. Our salesman Bernie was over the top amazing! It was like talking with a good friend. We had called last minute to come see the truck and he was welcoming from the first minute all the way to picking up the truck, definitely 5 star service.

I am at a loss for words with the speediness and amazing service I was provided with at Jim Wilson by Joe and his managers, Jazz & Sunny. I also want to give a huge thanks to Karlee for getting this all approved and finished with no problems & incredibly quick! I have been literally waiting for a truck for almost 24 months and just took my deposit back from another GMC dealership (I won’t name names, even though I should!) These guys pulled through and got me in the truck I’ve been looking and waiting for in UNDER A WEEK! If you’ve been getting anything other than the BEST service anywhere else just leave and drive to Jim Wilson. It’s worth the drive, trust me you’ll thank yourself 100 times over after dealing with the staff here. Thank you guys so much, I love my new truck! Steve 20/20 Contracting

The ‘Jim Wilson Chevrolet’ ‘s staff are passionate, caring and very professional towards their customers. From the very start, through to the completion of the vehicle pick-up; I was well informed, they provided all the knowledge I needed to make important decisions (before, during and after purchase) and never felt pressured or felt the need to ask additional questions (although they welcomed them all if I did). This warming experience also carried over to the final stages where the pen met the paper with their Finance Manager – Karlee Collings, as she was friendly, clear, and well informed of all aspects of my vehicle. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ We recently purchased a vehicle from Jim Wilson and I cannot say enough good things about the staff there. Jacob was a great sales associate - we explained what we needed for our family and how much we were willing to spend and got us exactly what we wanted, the best deal he possibly could and a very fair trade in for our vehicle. We have dealt with quite a few finance managers and honestly, I have always found a lot of them very pushy with upselling all the extras and not thoroughly explaining them but making me feel we needed the most expensive add on options - normally it makes me not return or not want to go through with the sale! Andy was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also kind and personable. He took the time to understand our budget and make sure everything happened! He responds in a timely manner and was overall an absolute pleasure to deal with!! Jas the general manager was also so great to deal with - he addressed any concerns I had promptly and efficiently! Both him and Andy went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. They are an asset to the dealership! Not only did everyone excel at their job, but their friendly nature made me feel valued as a customer and eased any anxiety I had about the car buying process. I was unfortunately rear ended and the truck I was driving was considered a total loss. Between dealing with insurance, the loan company for the totalled truck and Jim Wilson’s, they were the only ones that were helpful. From the moment I walked on the lot Adam Moon was helpful in finding exactly what I wanted for the right price, and gives a down to earth attitude that I haven’t got from salesmen in the past. He even went above and beyond by making sure I had a vehicle when they were adding in some of the options in my new truck. I shouldn’t need a new vehicle any time soon, but I’d strongly recommend them to anybody that asks.

I recently purchased a 2023 Colorado Trail Boss that was delayed due to logistical issues. Cameron Kirkland was my sales associate and through the whole process he was phenomenal. Cam took the the time to answer all of my questions, he kept me updated throughout the entire process and if he didn’t have answers for me right away he went and got them. I would highly recommend this dealership and Cam when purchasing a vehicle.
